The agreement behind the service.

By accessing and using TheAnalystAI ('the Service'), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TheAnalystAI. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. TheAnalystAI is an AI-powered investment research platform that provides the following services:

• AI Research Reports: automated generation of investment research reports (Spark, Flare, Odyssey, Genesis) covering stocks, crypto, forex, commodities, and ETFs
• Bot Studio: autonomous AI trading bot creation, paper trading, backtesting, and strategy management
• FactFlow: interactive conversational research and fact-checking
• Edge Signals: real-time market signals, technical analysis, and sentiment scoring
• Report Comparison: side-by-side analysis of multiple research reports

All research, signals, and analysis provided through the Service are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational purposes only. Nothing provided by the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account
• You may not share your account credentials with third parties or allow others to access your account
• You may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing usage limits or restrictions
• You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make based on information obtained through the Service

The Service operates on a credit-based system:

• Credits are consumed when generating research reports, running bot strategies, and using premium features
• Credit costs vary by report tier (Spark, Flare, Odyssey, Genesis) and feature
• Unused credits do not expire as long as your account remains active
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• Free-tier users receive a limited allocation of credits upon registration
• We reserve the right to adjust credit costs and allocations with reasonable notice

Payment terms vary based on the subscription plan you choose:

• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified based on your location
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment provider, Paddle
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscription renewals occur automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that provides cooling-off rights, you have the right to cancel this agreement and request a refund within 14 days from the date of transaction completion, unless credits have been consumed. To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us at contact@theanalystai.com within the 14-day period.

You agree not to use the Service for any of the following purposes:

• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations, including securities laws
• Redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing AI-generated reports or data without authorization
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or AI models
• Automated scraping, crawling, or bulk downloading of content
• Circumventing rate limits, credit systems, or access controls
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Using the Service to manipulate markets or engage in insider trading
• Providing AI-generated reports to others as if they were your own original analysis without disclosure

TheAnalystAI and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, algorithms, AI models, designs, and content.

• You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service
• AI-generated reports are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use under your subscription
• You may share reports for personal reference but may not commercially redistribute them
• The TheAnalystAI name, logo, and brand elements are our trademarks and may not be used without permission
• Feedback and suggestions you provide may be used by us to improve the Service without obligation to you

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated research or signals
• We do not guarantee any specific investment outcomes or returns
• Past performance of Bot Studio strategies does not guarantee future results
• We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred based on information from the Service
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

We take your privacy seriously and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to our data collection and usage practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Your research queries are processed by AI models but are not used to train them
• Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties
• You may request deletion of your data at any time

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time through your account settings
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow you to export it, after which it will be permanently deleted
• Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
