- What am I paying for?
- Monitoring that keeps running without you. We read new SEC filings for the companies you follow, check them against checkpoints you confirmed, and tell you what changed with a link to the filing. The Free plan does the same thing for one company so you can judge it before paying.
- How do I cancel?
- From the billing portal in your settings, in a couple of clicks. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not ask you why.
- What about tax?
- Paddle is the merchant of record and handles VAT, GST and sales tax where it applies. The amount you are charged is shown before you confirm, and your receipts come from Paddle.
- What happens if a payment fails?
- Paddle retries it. Your access continues while that is happening and we tell you in the workspace so you can update your card. If it ultimately fails, the account returns to the free plan — your theses and history are kept.
- Are there usage limits?
- Yes, and they are published rather than hidden. Scheduled checks run for every monitored company. On top of that you can ask for an immediate re-check 3 times a day on Free and 30 times a day on Monitor. We would rather state a number than promise "unlimited" and then quietly throttle you.
- Is this financial advice?
- No. We report what company filings say against reasoning you wrote yourself, and we show our sources. We do not make recommendations, we are not a registered investment adviser, and every investment decision is yours.
